Renewal Information (Service Unit Incentives)

MY24 Service Unit Early Bird Incentives

Service units who reach 60% girl renewals (based on girls assigned to their SU as of March 31, 2023) will have the option to choose one of these great incentives:

Choice of one:

1. Local Fingerprinting Opportunity
   • We will send a vendor to fingerprint your volunteers between September and December
   • Service unit must secure the location and/or add on to an existing event
   • Minimum requirement is 40 volunteers
2. Priority property reservations
   • Guaranteed first choice* of property and date for SU event between the dates of December 1, 2023 – May 30, 2024
   • Discount of $150 off property rental
   • Service Units must complete the Service Unit Priority Property Reservation Request Form between July 1-August 1
   • Limited to only 1 SU event
   • Council and holiday blackout dates apply
   • *If two qualifying SU’s pick the same date and location the first choice will go to the SU with the highest renewal percentage
3. Regionally based program for Fall 2023
   • This is an option ONLY for the North Coast, North Central and Redwoods regions due to the proximity of council properties
   • Programs will be delivered between September and December with the actual dates being provided to the service units in August
   • Customized for your region
   • One program per region, location centrally based on majority of renewals
4. Host a renewal event by August 30 and receive $
   • Up to 50 girls renewed = $100
   • 51 to 200 girls renewed = $200
   • 201 to 350 girls renewed = $350
   • 351 to 500 girls renewed = $500
   • 501 to 650 girls renewed = $650
   • 651 to 750 girls renewed = $750

Early Bird Renewal ends June 30, 2023.
