Don't have access to eBudde, and believe that you should? Make sure you have done the following to ensure proper access to eBudde!

Service Unit Cookie Chairs

  1. Make sure that within your MYGS account you hold the current volunteer role of Service Unit Cookie Chair. If you do not, you will first need to update/add the Service Unit Cookie Chair to your volunteer role. If you need help adding this role, refer to the gsHelpCenter article Registration/Renewal Steps - Household Primary Caregiver (Pages 16-17) or contact customer care for assistance. Please note that volunteer role change updates will take place daily, beginning 12/13/2023, except between 12/21/2023-1/1/2024. Updates will resume daily on 1/2/2024.
  2. Next, complete the 636 Service Unit Cookie Chair learning path in gsLearn. It may already be assigned to you on your home page, or you can search the Content Library. If you cannot locate the learning path, ensure that you have completed the first step listed above, being assigned the role of Service Unit Cookie Chair in MYGS. If you do hold that role and you still cannot find the training, please contact customer care.
  3. If you have met the criteria listed above you will be granted access to eBudde, when it becomes available. You will receive an eBudde email to notify you that you are in the system and can now log in.  If you did not receive the email and have met the criteria above, please log into eBudde to verify that you do not already have access. If you cannot log in, contact the Entrepreneurship Program team at gscookies@gsnorcal.org or call the Cookie Hotline at 510.995.2900.

Troop Cookie Chairs

Access to eBudde for Troop Cookie Chairs does not begin until January 8, 2024, if the steps below are followed:

  1. Make sure that within your MYGS account you hold the current volunteer role of Troop Cookie Chair. If you do not, you will first need to update/add the Troop Cookie Chair to your volunteer role. If you need help adding this role, refer to the gsHelpCenter article, Where can I Access my Cookie Training? or contact customer care for assistance. Please note that volunteer role change updates will take place daily, beginning 12/13/2023, except between 12/21/2023-1/1/2024. Updates will resume daily on 1/2/2024.
  2. Next, complete the mandatory 636 New Troop Cookie Chair or 636 Experienced Troop Cookie Chair learning path in gsLearn. It will appear on your Home page in either the "Not Started" or "In Progress" tabs. If it is not on your home page, ensure that you have completed the first step listed above, being assigned the role of Troop Cookie Chair in MYGS. If you do hold that role and still cannot find the training, please contact customer care.
  3. If you have met the criteria listed above you will be granted access to eBudde when it becomes available on January 8. You will receive an eBudde email to notify you that you are in the system and can now log in.  Please note that if you complete training after January 8, eBudde access will be granted every Monday and Wednesday thereafter, throughout the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Please wait until Tuesday or Thursday to reach out to the Entrepreneurship Program team at gscookies@gsnorcal.org or call the Cookie Hotline at 510.995.2900, if you do not have access to eBudde.

Assigned Cookie Support

  1. Make sure that you are a registered volunteer with an approved Live Scan check on file with GSNorCal and that you hold an active troop volunteer role in your MYGS Account, such as Troop Chaperone/Helper associated with the troop(s) you want to help. All Girl Scout volunteers must be registered and screened to volunteer. Please contact customer care for support with completing your membership or refer to the gsHelpCenter article Registration/Renewal Steps - Household Primary Caregiver (Pages 16-17) to assign yourself an active role in the troop.
  2. Your Troop Cookie Chair will identify you to support the troop with the Girl Scout Cookie Program and will grant you the needed access to eBudde on or after January 8, based on your support role.
  3. You do not need to complete Troop Cookie Chair learning paths in gsLearn, however, we do recommend you take the 636 Girl Scout Cookie Program Overview learning path.

If you have any questions about the Girl Scout Cookie Program, contact the Entrepreneurship Program team at gscookies@gsnorcal.org or call the Cookie Hotline at 510.995.2900.
