Welcome to GSNorCal's Girl Scout Cookie Program

Juliette Cookie Program

Individually registered Girl Scouts, or Juliettes, participate in the Cookie Program like all GSNorCal Cookie Entrepreneurs, with two key changes that keep the program flexible and fun!

2024 Cookie Program Dates Overview

  • DECEMBER 13 - Service Unit Cookie Chair Training
  • DECEMBER 15 - Mandatory Troop Cookie Chair training launches in gsLearn.
  • JANUARY 8 - Trained Troop Cookie Chair uploads begin to eBudde
  • JANUARY 15 - Troop Cookie Chair Digital Cookie welcome emails sent
  • JANUARY 17 - Booth Signups begin at 8pm.
  • JANUARY 22 -
    • Troop Initial Order due by 8pm.
    • Entrepreneur and parent/guardian Digital Cookie welcome emails sent
  • JANUARY 29 - Digital Cookie Launches (online sales begin)
  • FEBRUARY 8 -  Cookie Initial Order delivery begins
  • FEBRUARY 11 - Cookie Booths begin
  • FEBRUARY 19 - Cookie Cupboards open
  • MARCH 17 - Girl Scout Cookie Program ends

Caregiver as a Troop Cookie Chair

The caregiver will support their Girl Scout’s Cookie Program by:

  • Placing orders and managing inventory in eBudde
  • Approving orders in Digital Cookie
  • Submitting rewards in eBudde
  • Managing all monies and deposits

Support Your Entrepreneur

Set your Girl Scout up for success during the Cookie Program by accessing the information and resources on the Entrepreneur and Family Resources page. Don't forget to also check out the Cookie Family Guide and the Cookie Entrepreneurial Family Pin to help them get the most of the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

Cookie Proceeds for Juliettes

  • Juliettes earn proceeds in the form of "council credit" at the same rate as a traditional troop. (PGA=Per Girl Average)
  • Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors (JSCA) may choose to opt out of the rewards program and earn an additional 15 cents per package.
  • Once they achieve the required milestones, entrepreneurs opting out are eligible for:
    • Patches​
    • Charms​
    • 1000+ acrylic

  • A Juliette will pay 100% of all cookie money to council and receive their proceeds via a council credit virtual card in May. Council credits will be emailed to the Parent/Guardian email on file.
