ABC Bakers - GS Norcal HelpCenter

ABC Bakers is one of the two licensed bakeries authorized to produce Girl Scout Cookies in the United States. They work closely with Girl Scout councils, including GSNorCal, to supply the iconic cookies sold during the annual Girl Scout Cookie Program. Each bakery offers slightly different cookie varieties, recipes, and packaging. ABC Bakers is known for producing favorites like Thin Mints, Caramel deLites®, and Peanut Butter Patties®, as well as specialty cookies like gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip.

Smart Cookies

Smart Cookies is the inventory management system we use at GSNorCal, provided by ABC Bakers, to help you manage every aspect of the cookie season. All registered Girl Scout entrepreneurs and troops will be uploaded into Smart Cookies by the council.

To gain access to Smart Cookies, Troop Cookie Chairs must first be properly rostered as the Troop Cookie Chair (TCC) in MyGS and complete the mandatory Troop Cookie Chair Training. For more information on how to access Smart Cookies check out the cookie program resources article.

Smart Cookies enables you to efficiently manage troop sales, inventory, financial tracking, and entrepreneur rewards. With tools to help you track everything from initial orders to booths, Smart Cookies ensures you can stay organized and focused throughout the cookie season. They also provide digital tools, marketing resources, and program materials to support Girl Scouts and volunteers in running a successful cookie season.
