Use this worksheet to build your budget for an event. In Part 1 it walks you through the steps to determine an appropriate participation fee. In Part 2 it provides a template for submitting your final budget to your service unit team.
For service unit events, submit Part 1 to your service unit team when seeking approval for the event. You will also submit Part 1 to council when filling out the Event Notification form. (If you prefer, you may submit a budget in another format with the same information.)
