
This document will provide you with step-by-step instructions with screenshots on how to renew the youth in your household/family with Council Credits (formerly Reward Cards). Additional instructions for troop renewal, renewing with a credit card through MyGS, requesting financial assistance, and registering graduating Ambassador Girl Scouts can be found on our membership renewal webpage.
Renewing with Council Credit:
- Renew up to twelve youth memberships.
- Check your Council Credit balance: 19-digit Council Credit (beginning in 6050) or 9-digit Council Credits.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Renew Memberships with Council Credit
1. Open the Council Credit Conversion Form.
2. Select ‘Membership Renewal’.

3. You will be redirected to a new form.
4. Fill out requester information.

Youth Membership = $70 | Adult Membership = $30 | Young Alum Membership = $200
5. Enter the First and Last name(s) of those you want to renew with Council Credit along with the 9 or 19-digit Council Credit number and the amount that will be used toward the membership renewal.


6. Partial Payments: Add in an additional payment option that can be used if council credits do not cover the full cost of the membership. A staff member will contact you to collect a payment if you do not have enough funds to cover the membership on the council credit. Please note membership will not be processed until we have collected payments in full.

7. Complete the form with an electronic signature

Membership Confirmation: Each girl’s primary caregiver will receive an email once the payments have been processed, and membership registration is completed in our registration system. Forms will be reviewed weekly on Tuesdays, please allow up to 10 business days from payment date for membership to be updated. To review renewal status please log in to your MyGS Member Account to confirm your membership renewals are listed.
