Service Unit Incentive

2025-2026 Service Unit Incentive

Welcome to this year’s GSNorCal Service Unit Incentive! The GSNorCal Service Unit Incentive encourages service units to complete specific activities and earn points across key areas throughout the year. Service units can mix and match incentives—choosing funds, items, or a combination of both—to best support and enhance the Girl Scout experience in their communities.

Earning Points

Starting June 1, 2025, complete as many of the items as you can in each section, including: Membership Growth, Program, Troop Support, and Service Unit Finance & Development.

  • Checkboxes indicate items that can be completed.
  • Service Units must complete a minimum of 3 points per section to be eligible to receive incentives.
  • Incentives are cumulative.

Track the items your service unit completes throughout the year, on your Annual Planning document, and submit the final SU Incentive Submission form by the due date.
