Fall Product Program Materials

How are materials for the Fall Product Program being distributed?

Service Unit Fall Product Program Advisors (SUFPPA) are picking up all Fall Product Program materials at Fall Summit 2025, August 23, to pass out to Troop Cookie Chairs at their next service unit meeting. If SUFPPA will not be attending Fall Summit 2025, Volunteer Support managers will receive the materials on their behalf.   Girl Scouts will receive a postcard in the mail.

Do we need to complete and turn in the Parent Caregiver Responsibility Form, the link is broken?

You no longer need to complete it. You can give permission to participate the Girl Scout Product Programs by checking/initialing the appropriate box when you complete the Annual Permission Form for your Girl Scout. For the Fall Product Program, all money should be collected up front and no order should be placed if a family owes the troop money. For the cookie program, financial responsibility will be signed for on cookies receipts. For the cookie program, financial responsibility will be signed for on cookies receipts.

M2 Registration

When will volunteers receive their M2 registration email?

September 3, 2025 Troop and Service Unit Volunteers will receive the email to log into M2.

When will Girl Scouts receive their M2 registration email?

Girl Scouts will receive the log in email on September 10, 2025 when the program begins. If they do not and would like to participate, they can visit the M2 website and register!

Which volunteers are uploaded into the M2 system?

Our data team will upload all troop volunteers that are listed as troop leader or troop fall product program chair. They continue uploading newly registered or rostered volunteers every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the program. Our data team will conduct uploads throughout the program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If a Girl Scout is not listed, please contact us at info@gsnorcal.org.

Which Girl Scouts are uploaded into the M2 system?

Our data team will upload all Girl Scouts from membership year 2025 and 2026 into the M2 system. After October 1st we will reach out to any Girl Scouts who are selling, but not yet registered for membership year 2026 to ensure they are registered for the new membership year before the end of the program. Our data team will conduct uploads throughout the program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If a Girl Scout is not listed, please contact us at info@gsnorcal.org.

Shipping

Is there a planned shipping promo for 2025?

The goal of shipping promos is to boost Girl Scouts’ sales. To avoid early announcements, promos will be shared with members 1–2 weeks in advance. It’s best to inform customers just a few days before the promo to encourage repeat
purchases, rather than delaying sales.

Are there shipping charges associated with Fall Product items?

If a customer selects direct shipping, shipping charges are applied at check out. A customer would need to have their product delivered by the Girl Scout to avoid shipping fees.

Where do products ship to?

All nuts and candy items are shipped by our vendor, Ashdon Farms. They ship throughout the contiguous United States which excluded Alaska, Hawaii. Ashdon Farms does not ship to Army (APO) Post Office or Fleet (FPO) Post Offices

Magazine subscriptions, Tervis Tumblers, candles, personalized items, and BARK! Box will ship to addresses within the United States and to Army (APO) and Fleet (FPO) Post Offices.

Rewards

Is there a reward opt-out option?

All age level Troops are allowed to opt out for the additional 3% for the Fall Product Program. This needs to be a unanimous Troop decision. Troops who choose to opt-out will still receive all earned patches.

If a troop opts out of rewards, do they still recieve patches?

Yes, any earned patches will still be earned.

Who can opt-out of rewards?

All troops can opt-out of rewards. It should be a unanimous, girl-led decision. Juliette Girl Scouts may also choose to opt-out of rewards.

How does a troop opt-out of Rewards?

The opt-out option will need to be selected in the M2 system under “Rewards and
Patches” and then “Reward Opt-Out”.

How much proceeds do troops earn for Fall Product Program items?

Troops earn 20% for all items sold during the Fall Product Program

What organization being supported through the Care to Share Program?

Through the Care to Share program, we will be working in partnership with Ashdon Farms to donate to Operation Gratitude.
