Hatchet Throwing is available at Hidden Falls for Cadettes and older and can only be facilitated by a council staff member. Reservations can be requested online.
Training: Unlike archery, there is no widely available certification or training course offered for throwing sports and council does not offer a site-specific training at this time.
For volunteers that would like to offer knife, axe or hatchet throwing to their troops or service units without a council facilitator, we recommend going through an approved vendor.
Volunteer Run Camps may run hatchet throwing with special permissions only. Please reach out to volunteercamps@gsnorcal.org to learn about the requirements.
