The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is built on four core program pillars. One pillar of focus for Girl Scouts of Northern California is our Entrepreneurship Pillar. To help Girl Scouts grow their entrepreneurial mindset year-round, the Entrepreneurship team is excited to offer a variety of programs beyond the traditional Fall Product Program and Cookie Season. These opportunities give girls the chance to explore business skills like decision making, money management, developing people skills and business ethics, as well as practice with goal setting. All while building confidence in fun, hands-on ways throughout the year. Click below or scroll to explore the various entrepreneurship programming that’s available.

Girl Scout cookies are iconic for a reason! Girl Scouts have been selling cookies for over 100 years to support troop proceeds, travel, and girl-led experiences in our other pillars. Whether Girl Scouts are interacting with customers directly via booth sales, creating signage that reflects their available product and sales goals, or engaging with customers via a homemade video advertising their cookie season, selling Girl Scout cookies provides Girl Scouts with experience navigating People Skills, Money Management, and Goal Setting.
