A full refund is provided if you withdraw 30 days or more prior to the activity date.
No refunds will be issued for registration fees if you withdraw from a program 29 days or less prior to the activity date. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
Refunds for medical reasons must be submitted in writing to registration@gsnorcal.org. A physician’s note must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the event in order to process the refund.
In all cases, the Girl Scout membership and council service fees are non-refundable.
