Juliettes are Girl Scouts who participate in Girl Scout activities without a troop. They are affectionately named after our founder Juliette Gordon Low. Juliettes can participate in the Entrepreneurship programs; Fall Product and Cookie Programs with their caregivers acting as their Troop Leader. Cookie Program Benefits
When Juliettes participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Program, the largest girl-led business in the world, they gain new skills, learn to think like entrepreneurs, and earn money to fund their Girl Scout goals. Specifically, they gain these 5 skills.

Participate as a Juliette
To opt into the Cookie Program, Juliettes or their caregivers must complete this form. Juliettes participate in the cookie program just like Girl Scouts in volunteer lead troops, with only one change. Juliettes earn proceeds in a range and they are housed by council until the Juliette requests them. There is no limit to the amount of packages a Juliette may sell.
Requesting Funds
To request funds from the Juliette fund, caregivers must complete the Juliette Funds Conversion Request form. This form is for Juliette families who would like to request use of their earned council credit to use toward Girl Scout approved activities including:
- Reimbursement
- Membership Renewal
- Program Registration
- Camp
- Highest Award Projects
- Travel
- Purchases at the GSNorCal retail shop
- GSUSA shop
To complete the form, please have your required documents ready for uploading:
- Receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase
- Program or Camp Registration
- Activity Description
After the request is submitted, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing the request. Please see below for the payout method for each request:
Reimbursement: Check mailed to the address on file.
GSNorCal retail shop: Virtual gift card for the shop. Please note that once council credits are converted to a virtual gift card this process cannot be reversed.
Programs/Events/membership renewal: Completed by council.
GSNorCal Summer camp: Registration is required; payments up to earned amount completed by council.
Send funds to my new Troop: funds sent to troop via ACH upon request (ACH debit form on file required).
Gift Certificate conversion: council credit converted to GSUSA online retail gift card sent via email (once completed cannot be changed).
