Fall Delegate Engagement
Who: MY26 SU delegates, MY26 delegates at large, and 58th NCS delegates and alternates
When: Wednesday, September 16th at 6:30 – 7:30 pm
What: Hear updates from council about topics discussed at the 2026 Annual Meeting and a report out from members of our National Council delegation who attended the 58th NCS in July.

Early Winter Delegate Engagement
Who: MY26 SU delegates, MY26 delegates at large, and 58th NCS delegates and alternates PLUS all nominees for MY27 delegate roles
When: Tuesday, December 8th at 6:30 – 7:30 pm
What: Delegates and nominees will share with GSNorCal staff and Board of Directors members about the topics they feel are most pressing to our council. Attendees will also offer up ideas for discussion topics for the 2027 Annual Meeting.
Where: Microsoft Teams call information will be distributed via email to all current delegates approximately 1 month ahead of time and will be included in a reminder email. Late Winter Delegate Engagement
Who: MY27 SU delegates, MY27 delegates at large, and 58th NCS delegates and alternates
When: Monday, exact date TBA, at 6:30 – 7:30 pm
What: Staff will lead an orientation for the 2027 Annual Meeting and delegates will provide feedback on the draft agenda for the 2027 Annual Meeting.
Where: Microsoft Teams call information will be distributed via email to all delegates approximately 1 month ahead of time and/or when they are notified that they won their SU’s election. Call information will be included in a reminder email. Please email info@gsnorcal.org if you are missing the call information.
Annual Meeting
Who: MY27 SU delegates, MY27 delegates at large, and 58th NCS delegates and alternates
When: Saturday, April 10th, estimated times 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (exact times will be confirmed once agenda is drafted)
What: Hear updates from council, participate in discussion topics, and vote in the new members and officers of the Board of Directors and Board Development Committee (BDC).
Where: Camp Bothin; all attendees should register in ActiveNet to confirm their planned attendance.
